Jessica Thomas, General Director

Is the curriculum creator and head of the Vocal Music Academy at Camden County Technical School. She focuses on infusing her students with proper vocal technique and ensemble singing. She also directs The Techni-Tones, a 25-voice a cappella choir at CCTS. Jessica is also the Director of Modern Worship at Haddonfield United Methodist Church where she leads her band by example both vocally and instructionally. She has performed with the Tucson Symphony Orchestra Chorus, The New Jersey Master Chorale and has done extensive solo work throughout Illinois, Arizona, and New Jersey. She studied vocal music at Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois and received a Bachelor of Music degree in Commercial Music with an emphasis in voice and songwriting in 2004. Studying under Cynthia Oeck-Solomon, Director of Vocal Studies, she performed in both University Choir, directed by Dr. Bradley Holmes, DCA, as well as OneVoice, the award-winning (2004 ICCA National Champions), 8-voice a cappella jazz ensemble, directed by the late Dr. Stephen Widenhofer. Jessica earned her teaching certification from Arizona State University, immediately becoming an elementary music teacher for the Tucson Unified School District prior to her move to New Jersey in 2011. Jessica lives in Williamstown with her two children, Greyson and Elandra.

Stephen Dagrosa, Artistic Director

Is a Philadelphia-based crossover artist, educator, and producer who has performed extensively both nationally and internationally. He is an advocate of new works.  He originated the roles of Stan in Danny and the Rocket by Marella Martin Koch and Casey O’Neil with the Pocono Mountain Music Festival, Jacob Hauser in John Gregor’s Invention of Edison with the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, and Fridjof Nansen in White Horizon by Lisa Neher with the Helianthus Contemporary Ensemble. Throughout the United States Stephen has been fortunate to work with the Pittsburgh Public Theatre, Bristol Riverside Theatre, Walnut Street Theatre, Opera Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Orchestra, Lyric Opera of Kansas City, Pittsburgh Opera,Curtis Opera Theatre to name a few, and internationally with the Lyric-en-mer, festival de Belle-Ile in France and the Florence Voice Seminar in Italy. In addition to performing with the East Passyunk Opera Project he has also started building their Educational Outreach Program as well as producing and directing for them. Stephen has also worked with Camden County Technical Schools in their Performing Arts, Vocal and Instrumental Departments as director, music director, conductor and coach.   • BRIDGET BECKER

    CHOREOGRAPHER

    Is a graduate from Rowan University, majoring in Musical Theatre and minoring in Dance. She is very proud of her new role as Choreographer. One of her highlights was spent in Canterbury, England where she studied Musical Theatre. She has choreographed for ‘Cabaret’ and ‘Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ at Camden County Technical School. Some of her performance credits Include Matron Mama Morton in Chicago, Dorothy in Wizard of Oz and Motormouth Mabel in Hairspray. Teaching dance is a passion that cannot be put out in Bridget, she is thrilled to be able to use her talents in this production of ‘Sister Act’!

  • ARIANNA EDMONDSON

    ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/ PRODUCTION MANAGER

    Is excited to be a part of this company! She graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Acting in 2022. She is also a Camden County Technical School alumni. She graduated from the Performing Arts Academy at CCTS in 2018. She has experience both on stage and behind the stage. Her recent credits include: Mamma Mia (Director), Philadelphia Young Playwright’s SaturPLAY Festival (Stage Manager and Sound Designer), Track (Stage Manager and Sound Designer), and Dear Heaven (Adrianne). Her hobbies include training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, bike riding, and watching RuPaul’s Drag Race.

  • JOHN KAMMLER

    TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

    Studied civil engineering at Temple University, and following a long career in the construction industry now teaches, or has taught, Construction Technology, Masonry, Pre-Engineering, and Robotics at Camden County Technical Schools. Mr. Kammler also serves as technical director/advisor of the Performing Arts Department and works year-round with the tech crew building sets and props and designing lights and sound. He has a passion for building and fabricating custom-designed structures. In all of his “free time,” Mr. Kammler enjoys visiting Disney World with his lovely spouse, Amy. When he grows up, Mr. Kammler wants to be an engineer—driving the train at Disney World.
